MAKE WAY INDEED!!!

Exterior Decent Styling coupled with Awesome Projector Headlamps makes it bold statement, though the twin exhausts & electric sunroof shown in the concept at the AutoExpo would have made it blow the roof (Currently availabe with ALIVIO (CIAZ) launched in China).

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) AWE-INSPIRING Interiors... Finally Maruti have studied their competition well before launching Ciaz. The spaciousness for both front & back passengers is ASTOUNDING with all the bells & whistles earlier offered by competition only.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine is powerful enough to NOT make you crave for power however enthusuasts & friends on the highway might be yearning for quick takeovers. Have driven it on the Agra Expressway, runs easy till 130Km/hr but a lot of footwork required for speeds above (I doubt one can see these consistent speed on any other highway)  Guaranteed Best Mileage for a Car in its segment (first service still due most likely improving it further).

Ride Quality & Handling SUAVE Suspension makes those long drives & manging city traffic quite comfortable. Handling could be a little better at higher speeds at which the Honda City excels. (I own a Honda City as well). Gear Shift is decent enough but doesnt matches up to its European counterparts.

Final Words Overall Ciaz has inded made its way into the Indian markets giving the segment cars a Run for their money. It definitely is a compelling option as a city sedan used for occasional highway drives. Its a bang for the buck car for all those looking for a family sedan which can definitely be used as a chauffeur driven vehicle too. CARWALE did help me a lot before making this decision. Kudos :)

Areas of improvement 1) Steering looks pretty ordinary (available with Swift) & can be given a sportier avatar.

2) Speakers arent of good quality can be used for easy listening tracks but definitely needs replacement for new age music with loads of bass.

3) Cruise Control is a great tool for those comfirtable long drives which is missing in a car of this segment.

BIGGEST TURN OFF of buying a 9L car is the ordinary key provided as against those trendy FLIP & or SMART keys (available with top variant only) provided with every other car in this price point.
