Exterior I started facing some serious problem with my Maruthi Suzuki Celerio ZXI since last 3 months and really frustrated any annoyed with it, presume most of us (celerio zxi customers) are also facing the similar problem. This really makes me think about the vehicle durability & reliability on a long run. Below is my problem description.
I have written a mail to Maruthi Suzuki head office and expecting a response from their authorities on what assurance & confidence that they are going to give their customers on the vehicles durability and reliability?
If the response is not convincing I would request all the Celerio owners to highlight this so that we can form a group and file a consumer case with the Manufacturer for selling an unreliable & problematic vehicle and causing inconvenience to the customers. My email id is.
Main my problem is before my 1st servicing I used to get 20kmpl in city condition and 23kmpl in Highway as per your AVG meter showed. After servicing the worst AVG is 13kmpl in Varun servicing station (begumpet). I strangly Beleave they are changing engine inner parts .so I request to my vehicle replacement or return my money.if ur people not respond my mail Iam going to Consumer form.
