After 2 weeks of drive with the new 2022 model Alpha MT, I should say I am not so satisfied with the car. I bought it from nexa Kollam showroom. I am not sure if it's with my car only. With in 2 weeks of purchase, the stereo stopped working. At the time of its 1st service told them about the issue and there has been no response the team. It's been 2 weeks now. When I called them, they told like clarion is the brand name of stereo installed in the new baleno car. I have contacted the quality manager and he said, clarion informed them that they car come and check and replace it if needed. After 2 weeks after reporting the issue they are not able to provide a timeline when clarion team will come and inspect the faulty part. He first said like they will come someday and check the issue. I got irritated and when asked again he said they will try to resolve in 3 days. I told him like if I don't get a reply from in 3 days I will escalate the issue. He simple said okay. This is the kind of service I am getting after purchase a 12 L car from nexa Kollam.
Please let me know if you have faced similar issues with baleno also similar experience from nexa.
