Areas of improvement Your Service is not up to the mark.When compared with the toyoto it is far far poor. The owners can not possible to verfiy all thins .Hence please advise TVS group to do sincere work.XUV vehicle is very good but the service is not good. From the begining when I Purchase this vehicle ,from there itself ihave faced so many difficulties from the show room ie TVS Kundannor Ernakulam.I filed a complaint before the Mahindra and TVS group .But again there dealings was not up to the mark .My suggestion is that please open a new service centers all over the kerala under the ownership of Mahindra itself.Dont entrust anybody.Your Service is not up to the mark.When compared with the toyoto it is far far poor.
