I’m writing to inform all of you what a honorific negative experience I had on 28th September when I bought XUV 500 W8 From K.S.Automobile , Udaipur
First When I shown interest in the XUV ( No loan-self payment in one go) The sales team Mr Ujjwak and Navin not went after me came down to my house but When I paid full amount - gone missing and not even a call back only when I wrote a mail the reply was " I will check and come back" from a person who claimed to be the one point contact from KS automobile.
Second Mr. Ujjwal and his senior Mr navin when asked for the price Pretended of utmost seriousness and as if they have gone to all seniors and scenarios quoted me prices saying THIS ARE SPECIAL PRICES ONLY WORKED OUT FOR YOU . second when I asked Is there going to be any price off/ discounts/offer before 30th Sept as sheathes getting over his revert was " ABSOLUTELY NOT , RATHER THEIR WILL BE PRICE INCREASE) - But very third day my staff brought my attention to advt in local paper by Mahindra showing rs 44K off !!!! and I was given price offer ;less than this and EXCLUSIVE offer ??? something which was offered to very one. When confronted They started giving all reasons and rationales but no explanation for unethical and misleading practice of all . What more when I demanded to see Mr parhar the promoter of KS automobile /Mahindra He WITHOUT EVEN LISTENING ME COMES out and start defending his staff misdeeds.
Worst . I bought almost 16 lac vehicle from their And THERE WAS NO ONE WHO COULD EXPLAIN ME THE FEATURES , when I asked Mr Ujjwal why he can't explain me features his answer " I have low BP" I can't explain . In handing over note where they listed 20 plus checklist - I wrote 80 % no on handing over from NO explanation of features - NO ONE BOTHERED TO COME FOR HELP THEY THROWN ONE BOXX OF SWEETS , SOME MOMENTO AS IF GET OUT OF HERE WE ALREADY SOLD YOU VEHICEL AND MADE OUR MONEY.
Mr Parhiar ALSO HAD GUTS to tell ME if you want we can let you talk to Mahindra on Price offers , means even company is also partner in this crime of misrepresenting facts, cheating customers and then unethically trying to prove they are writ by working backwards and trying to prove that they are innocent . Even if you take all their figures on face value they couldn't explain 44 vs. 30 K difference.
My advice to anyone who is buying vehicle go to any other brand but not this one unless you are ready to face humiliation , ignorance and totally lack of service post purchase.

If Mr Anand Mahindra want to build his company around this value .

I still would like this situation to be resolved so I can continue to trust others.
I believe this is not the way That Awful Company wishes to conduct business with valued customers—I have been with many other companies who sold cars to me and have never encountered such treatment before. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn of how this company propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring with others. I look forward to hearing from any one in Mahindra who actually resolve this issue without getting in Process of justifying these actions in the weal of fake arguments
