Santro Xo review after 4 yrs ownership experience

 

Exterior Given the limited design scope of a small hatchback.I feel Santro XO is pleasant to the eye.If properly serviced/maintained it still retains the new car shine.

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Interiors are comfortable for 4 adults and a child in the back.Long distance travelling on the highway is also comfortable.

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Good engine performance,fuel economy 10 - 12 kms/litre in city and 15 kms/litre on highway with a.c. I have never got anything more than this.

 

Ride Quality & Handling Ride quality is decent though i have never driven on bad roads consistently.Not really pushed the car fast and hard around corners to test handling.

 

Final Words I have been driving this car since more than 4 yrs now ( 20,000) kms.Not much driving but enough to write a review. All in all , good city car for comfortable seating for 4 adults and 1 child. No cause for complaints. Preferably go for lighter shades if you want to retain the shine of new car for long.

 

Areas of improvement Fuel efficiency can definitely improve with fuel prices increasing.
