Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Good`
Ride Quality & Handling I am able to travel even 180KM/Hour without any issue. Nice Vechicle I love it. But Hyundai has to think about customer regarding the features Like AVN. I paid 42K more. But it is totaly useleass. I recommend that based on my experience hyundai either stop cheating customer by having this feature and keep its good brand name
Final Words Excellant Except AVN
Areas of improvement Hyundai must stop selling the faulty AVN system modal. Since AVN system are having lot of problems either they have to repay the difference in amount and fit regular i20 music system or provide proper support. I am totaly disappointed. My mobile number is 9940137976.
While deliver my vehicle, sales person not deliver the tools kit. I saw in the boot space, they showed me the Jack Bag and told me that it is the tool kit. I thought all are inside. They got my signature. I found later (After a month, during first service) it was missed. Hyundai driver while pick up the vechicle for first service, he informed that tool kit was missing. I approach DSC Hyundai Porur. They told we already delivered. I even ready to pay . But no one helped me to provide that tool kit. I totaly upset way the DSC hyundai did. As a customer, I am ready to pay. But they told parts can't be procured for this case.I don't know.
So Hyundai has to frequently monitor the dealers and get feedback from customer. Hyundai has to directly talk to end customer to improve its customer service appart from cheating dealers like DSC.
Interior.AVN- I totaly Upset with AVN system. Almost DSC took my vechicle 4 to 5 times, still not resolved
