Parts not available. No response from customer care

Its amongst the cheapest car in automatic gearbox, but people beware. Hyundai is worst when it comes to customer complaints attending & they are extremely short of parts. Everyone plans of this car as a car for the ladies as its compact & has automatic transmission in cheap rates, but believe me it returns mileage of 5kmpl in city & 7 on highway.

I have had Toyota, Maruti, Honda etc cars & I would never again buy a Hyundai. They put in all desperate efforts for advertising for new cars but reality is that they dont bother for their existing customers grievances.

Example: Maruti once gave me a used Swift temporarily till I got my own Swift back after major rapairs because they had realised that my own car would take time to get repaired.

Toyota cars are user-review based, they have best after sales value & are cheapest in maintenance.

My cousin's Honda City's boot was badly damaged, but he got his car back for use on 5th day after insurance claim, repairs etc.

Pls dont buy a Hyundai. You will repent because of their cheap customer satisfaction policy.
