Not satisfactroy primory features as compared to any ordinary Maruti Model

We have recently sold our Maruti Wagon R and purchased new I 10 Magna 1.2(Kappa) paying Rs. 4.5 lac (not very low cost). We are not satisfactory with i10 regarding some of the basic requirements, which are built-in in ordinary models of Maruti Suzuki. Since purchase we have communications with Kothri Hyundai, Pune regarding these problems.

Firstly, there are only two speeds of wipers. Further when we sprinkle water from wiper, it does not wipe off automatically by wiper. We have to manually operate the wiper for the same.

Secondly, generally co-driver is not supposed to sleep while driving a car, but the seat of co-driver has comfortably good head rest. But for rear seats there are no head rests. No member coming with us wants to seat on rear seats, as there are no head rests, hence not comfortable at all.

Thirdly, the position of AC blower for Dirver is not proper. Cool air from AC blows on stearing wheel instead of on driver's face / body. We have tried to change the direction of blower, but it is useless.

Finally, service of Servicing Centre is not good. New seat covers were dirty , oily when dielivery was taken after 1st servicing i.e. on 1st Aug 2009. Since today, i.e. on 17th Aug 2009, we have not received them after washing.

These are the problems which we have faced/ known in only 2 months.
