We bought a grand i10 on 17th march 2018 and from past more than two months that is June-July the car is with the service centre. They took the car for service and failed to recognise the problem. Then we sent car again with the problem and they were not ready to consider/accept our complaint.
The ac and clutch were not working, car was getting over heated but they didn't accept the complaint. They replaced many major parts and claimed huge insurance claim from our insurance policy. Still the problem was not solved . We are sure we have been given a defective piece by MODI HYUNDAI COMPANY. The piece is defective and the service station people have made it worse. We have to deal with very nonprofessional attitude of the staff as they are not receiving our calls and considering our issue. They should trust and respect their customers. Pls pray God bless us.
