I purchase in 2016 august form concept hyundai surendranagar. After purchasing the customer service is very poor, harsh, hurtful experience three times. My car had a tyre and accessories issue but showroom and service dept even dont want to accept their responsibility even they dont want to listen the prob. and they blame customer for car problem. Very hurt breaking experience. They argue with me like a vegetable vendor. Please be careful before purchasing. Read all documents & specially ask them free delevery inspection befor delevery in font of you. Otherwise they will not take any responsibility after having such prob. Zero star for customer service.
