With great agony I bring to your attention, the most FEARING event I come across just after 56 days of purchase of brand new Grand i10 full option (asta O) vehicle of your esteemed organisation.
I was on the way to my parents on 9th at arround 8 pm from Malappuram town with almost full petrol in tank. after covering 10 kms surprisingly noticed fuel empty indication on the panel. The vehicle was tken to nearest bunk. Filled fuel for 500 bucks. When started from bunk and moved, fuel leakage was noticed by bunk employees from out the vehicle. called for service support. your service team came, inspected and told that the fuel hose is broken. Vehicle was taken to your Kottakkal service centre which was luckly just 200mtrs away.
I request you good self to support me in this case and clarrify on following.
1) I have been using Alto car for 10 years and now switched to Grand i10. Never come across such a problem. Who would have taken responsibility in case it turned to a fire and took life of mine or my family members???
2) Are your vehicles desined to park within rat proof rooms? then its not meant for INDIAn market.
3) How do you expect the passeger to check for a fuel leak every time the vehicle is used.
4) How do you avoid such incidents even if you replace these parts at FOC.
Is it not a design flaw ??.. Will you pull back these vehicles to avoid POOR PASSENGERS GETTING DIED DUE TO FIRE, on road, for none of their mistake other than buying a Hyundi car.
5) wont you compensate for cost of lost petrol?
