A very good car in the hands of very bad sellers

 

The car very good but it is in the hands of very bad sellers  i.e. Ford.  My experience with Ford Show room at Ahmedabad has been very very bad. They seem to follow the policy of selling the car once and then forget everything afterwards. The Sales staff and other officers at Cargo Ford at Ahmedabad are very unprofessional. They do not know even the abc of customer service.  Everything they prromise they foreget it next day. They have charged over Rs. 5000/- for handling the vehicle which includes clearing papers for RTO. They have not been able to do the same in my case even after 15 days of buying car. So much so about their quality service. I wonder, do the consumer laws apply to them?  Are they even afraid of consumer laws.

 

Areas of improvement  The areas of improvement is their quality of service which needs to be improved considerably. They do not have enough service centres to carry out the servicing of the Ford vehicles. When contacted for anything subject, They tend to give excuses rather than solving the problems of the customers. I warn the prospective buyers of Ford vehicles to get everything in black and white from them before taking delivery of vehicle. In hurry they would obtain your signatures on any papers so that they can have safe play with them.  Please be forewarned. This is Ford  trying to pave way into Indian market.
