Service Issues

Dear Concern, I own a Ford Endeavour Thunder + 2008 model and I recently felt some jerks while engine is running in neutral or geared conditions. I visited Ford authorised service Station AVS ford in Dehradun and kept my car there for couple of days to rectify the problem.

I’m so disappointed and surprised to learn that Ford authorise service Station was not able to locate the problem and after changing couple of parts and raising a bill of around 8000 I had to bring my car back after paying the bills with persisting problems. I am clue less at the moment about how to get my car repaired. Can i still keep some hopes from Ford India or I shall proceed with legal proceedings.
