Good car must buy but bad service

 

Exterior Good lights, shape and color. Quality doors and good positioning of side mirrors, grond clearance is low.

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Low height comfortable seat, Bad plastic used, good leg space, good boot space.

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Low pick up and poor fuel efficiency makes this car pathetic. Gear box seems fine.

 

Ride Quality & Handling Good job done with the riding and handling. Maneuvering is easy specially over 80 km /hr. and very stable at higher speed. Braking problem while driving in slow traffic.

 

Final Words Customer does not matter to them. The complaint portal must be available to the customer. The AC needs to be attended before next summer. Do not leave us in the hands of non committed dealers.

 

Areas of improvement Listen to the customer and react swiftly to the complaint and concerns. Fiat India engineers should examine the vehicles having chronic problem and repeated complaint. Information pertainng to central locking device should be offically released.
