Final Words I am very unhappy with the Chivrolet service team , have tried two service point and both have turnned out like trying to encash the customer .whenever have visited for routine service lots of defects has been highlighted and advised to replace and huge bill raised .
Areas of improvement Team to understand - if the parts quality are so bad that going out of order in 3 years time , I think they should improve the material quality .have spent in last 4 month ( two visits ) Rs 21000.00 , have used in past other cars of other brand and there was no such thing at least upto 1 lakh kms or 5years .this car has run 68oookms and is 4years old still need reapirs . it is driven by me alone in delhi NCR but rear shocker gone in the 2nd year , front shocker gone this year , timing belt replaced , there is coolant leakage from the engine port ( metal part ) - I have been advsied to get it replaced and cost is Rs 6000.00 where by there is no reason of such thing getting out of order if my car serivice is regular and from the authorised service point.
This is the First and will be the last Chivrolet Car for me , will never buy or recomand this to any one. Pls Help me getting the right point to be contacted .😢
