LAST MONTH I BOUGHT A CHEVROLET BEAT FROM YOUR OUTLET, GERMAN MOTORS AT CALICUT. THE SERVICE RENDERD BY THEM IS VERY POOR. THEY DID NOT GIVE THE VEHICLE ON THE DATE THEY TOLD ME . THEY MADE ME VAITING AT THE SHOW ROOM FOR A DAY . NOT EVEN A GLASS OF WATER THEY GAVE . THEY DID NOT GAVE ME THE OFFERS THAT PROMISED TO GIVE . WHEN I WENT FOR THE ENQUERY THE EXECUTIVE . MR. JIJIMON TOLD ME THAT THE COMPANY WILL GIVE CAR COVER, FLOOR MAT, MUD FLAP, KEY LESS ENTRY AND FREE INSURANCE. WHILE ON DELIVERY THEY DID NOT GAVE THE CAR COVER. AND THEY CHEATED ME. I ASKED FOR 2011 MAKE VEHICLE. BUT THEY GAVE 2010 MAKE . IT WAS REALLY A CHEATING. ALL THE GLASSES ARE PRINTED 10 ONLY. DURING THE PERIOD WHICH I PURCHASED THE OFFERS ANNOUNCED THROUGH THE NEWS PAPER WAS FREE ROAD TAX. THAT WAS NOT GIVEN TO ME. WHEN I WENT TO SPEAK ABOUT THIS THE SALES MANAGER AT THE SHOW ROOM WAS NOT READY TO LISTEN AND HE WAS SHOUTING AT ME. HE IS A PERSON GOOD FOR NOTHING .NOT FIT FOR THE POST. THE SERVICE IS HOPLESS. I FELT THAT , AS IF I AM A BEGGER VENT TO THEIR PLACE TO GET SOME AID. THE MISTAKE I MADE WAS PREFERRED TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM CHEVRLET.
DAY BEFORE YESTERDAY I TOOK MY VEHICLE FOR FIRST CHECK UP WHERE THEY ASKED ME TO GO THAT IS AT BATHERY. THE SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN. ALL THE CUSTOMERS WHO COME OVER THERE FELT VERY BAD ABOUT THE SERVICE. I POINTED OUT SOME TROUBLE TO THE TECHNITIANS AND THEY TOLD ME TO TAKE THE VEHICLE TO CALICUT SHOW ROOM WHICH IS 80 KM AWAY . WITH THIS HOPLESS SERVICE BY YOUR PEOPLE I FEEL VERY BAD AND REGET THAT I MADE A MISTAKE BY PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM CHEVRLET. I DECIDED NOT TO RECOMMEND MY FRINDS OR THOSE WHO ASKED ABOUT CHEVRLET . THAT MUCH AT LEAST I MUST DO.
I LEARNED CHEVROLET MEANS CHEATTING.
