The company was associated with expensive grand touring cars in the 1950s and 1960s. The brand further gained popularity with the use of a DB5 model in the popular 1964 James Bond film, Goldfinger. Aston Martin has over 150 car dealerships in over 50 countries on six continents, making them a global automobile brand.
The company is headquartered in Gaydon, Warwickshire, England. One of Aston Martin''s recent cars was named after the 1950s Avro Vulcan bomber.
