Gear shift issue

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Just a year old vehicle, issue in shifting gear from 2nd to upwards. Even manual transmission also doesn't work. The issue is not consistent but when drive for 10-15 kmts the issues starts, So literally stuck on road many a times.  Given my vehicle to dealer 4 times yet the issue is not identified and fixed. The engineers at dealer says they have call specialist engineers from Tata Motors I wonder dealer doesn't have a SME who can help.
