It is beautiful and lovely car, heavy muscle body, fule ecomomical, no problem at all, comfortable driving, nice service by tata motors, they pay regard to customers. Interior is also nice, you can buy this car at very reasonable price, I mean it is not expensive, My car gives very good average it goes more than 22 km per litre. Its engine is powerful.

I purchased Tata zest xms diesel model during launching itself and have successfully completed 100000 km run in 3 years itself. My daily run is almost 100 -200 km. I am myself driving this car through rough roads and traffic and it's truly amazing experience to share. This is a magical car from Tata having lowest maintainence cost and superb features like abs ebd etc. I love this and my sincere thanks to Tata motors for making me proud owner. In fact I will again purchase zest being my dream car.

My zest is superb in my other cars. Most comfortable my other cars. Silent car my Zest XT run very smoothly & fast on the road. Comfortable car for Indian roads arban and rural roads. Powerful cars for other brand. Suitable for Indian road atmosphere for long drive for front or rear passenger. Totally My Zest XT is beautiful and wonderful car we proud my ZEST.

Exterior Great styling.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Pretty comfortable for the segment.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Bad service Quality - The fuel efficiency was ~15-20KMS/ltr till a few months. Had a bad service which reversed everything.

Ride Quality & Handling Prety stable. Brakes are not sharp enough. Not very reliable.

Final Words Great effort by Tata motors to improve the design. Clearly, After sales service is bad. In my case - had these Key issues.

i. The cabinet area near the pedal gets overheated. Tata is not able to resolve. Causes heat bubbles while driving.

ii. The steering rod's connector passes by the driver's pedal. this is completely unprotected. Causes carpet to get caught - It locked my steering completely - Tata is not bothered again.

iii. Brake shrieking noise every time for the first 1-2 Kms. Tata is not bothered to rectify this.

iv. Immediately after service - The paint in the oil tank peeled off and blocked the oil to the engine. Tata was again not bothered to understand the issue - The vehicle had to grounded. Even the Oil indication in the dashboard did not show up the error. Tata just replaced the oil tank and returned back the vehicle without explaining - why this happened, how this will not recur again.

Areas of improvement

i. Tata needs to spend several months testing the car before release - The cars dont seem to be tested or these guys who drive the lorry test their cars.

ii. Pathetic customer care.

Design of the car, comfortUnreliable engine

I bought TATA zest XM petrol version on March 2017, drove 6600 km, car exterior and interior is good, but main problem is milage, in city it gives average 12, outstation drive it gives 14 km only, where TATA perfectly failed in providing milage car as they declared while went to purchase. Other aspects about this car good.

Poor service by dealers and service cost was very high. For every servicing they are charging minimum Rs 6000 and above this was very high when compared with Suzuki and other companies. Coming to spares cost of spares was very high and engine was bit noisy. Poor response in service centers and I like Tata motors but now my interest was not up to mark because of poor service and bad response by service centers.

Although I've purchased XMS diesel model and upgraded it to alloy wheels (Tata). It has a same engine that Dzire has TATA has better service schedule than Maruti service cost is lesser, buit quality is better, steering interaction is much better as compared to Maruti dzire it's a outstanding car don't know why it is underated even price is lesser than dzire overall my experience is outstanding with my car as I've drived both the car zest and dhire only difference is of milege i.e, approximately 3-5 kmpl and speed due to its lighter body it caches speed early and it take a bit time approx 3-4 sec in 0-100 kmph mine own conducted test. Rest is up to you in my suggestion TATA CAR'S are best apart from their after sales service overall performance and safety wise DZIRE stands nowhere according to me.

I think this car is best on road. I have an amazing experience with zest xt. Low budzet with high-tech features. Thanx Tata to made a successful sedan. Harman music system feel like flying. Boot space wow. Acceleration good, Power good, interiors classy, Braking is much better than others.

Engine heat were came inside above 50kilometers Bad service I am not happy Car price 8lachs but the value of the car not equal Production team kindly review the another branded cars Making same type of elevation for all cars Need changes Not give preference to t-board customers, very low quality
