    Dear Mr Balraj/ Mr Ajay,

    I am a big fan of Tata Xenon. I always wanted to have a unique eye catching vehicle like this for multipurpose use.  Even I am into automobile industry and I am shocked to see such lethargic customer service where the problem is clean and clear and still you people are unable to solve it.

    From the very first day of buying the vehicle, most of the time it is standing there in the workshop for one or the other issue. Techno was unable to solve the problem in 2 years. Now its concorde motors and even they are unable to diagnose and solve the problem. Every time vehicle is going to the workshop, a new problem is quoted to us and some part is changed but the problem persists.

    The vehicle has been checked by Mr Kuber, Mr Ajay Baweja, Mr Mirza and Mr Shamsher and has been verified by all of them that there is a defect in the vehicle. Vehicle is unable to climb even a slope as low as 3 ft high. clutch gives a burning smell. Being a 4x4 vehicle, it should be powerful but I am sorry to say this vehicle is in a pathetic condition.

    Latest incident happened when my father just went to Kasauli and because of this defect he escaped death. The vehicle was unable to climb up a slope to the hotel and slipped back whereas our second vehicle Swift climbed it like any thing.  Now I have lost hope and I m not thinking of buying any TATA vehicle anymore. I have already asked your people to either rectify this problem as I love this car or change it else I have to take some other ways. This is not at all acceptable at all and it is compromising the IMAGE of such a PRESTIGIOUS company.

    I am deeply saddened to write this mail as a COMPLAINT but I thought this should come out in the open and the company should know that such a premium vehicle is having such horrible problems that could cause death.

    EVEN AFTER WRITING THIS MAIL TO TATA, WE GOT NO REPLY FROM THEM. I AM HAVING THIS PROBLEM SINCE I BOUGHT THIS VEHICLE.

    VEHICLE IS GOODYOU WILL NOT GET ANY SUPPORT FROM TATA IF THEIR WILL BE ANY MAJOR ISSUE
