      1. Buying Experience - Good sales support, I have received my car within a month after booking 2. Driving Experience - No vibrations, comfortable for driving 3. Looks & Performance - Great features like infotainment with high quality speakers(Harman) system 4. Servicing and Maintenance - Good service support. Maintenance cost is affordable 5. Pros - Smooth Drive Premium roof lining Good quality plastic Cons - Light vibration when moving from first gear if AC is on

      Good experience in terms of buying ..Steering is very good and smooth.. but too much cabin noise of engine, engine vibration. Performance lacking too much and Mileage is also not good.

      The buying experience was good and the driving experience was hilarious as previously I owned Ford Fiesta 1.6 petrol which was a petrol rocket that used to provide good mileage with performance but in Tiago, the mileage is not like that and the rear seat is very uncomfortable and it is not suitable for night drives as the stock headlight are very poor but the car is very safe as I already experienced a fatal accident but I was safe.

      Pros:- Buying experience is Good, Driving experience is So Nice, Looks and Performance is also Good, Good mileage Cons:- Tata need to focus more on Fit N Finish.l, Tata need to focus more on customer servicing & maintenance experience, Small car so not that specious. Overall Superb Car and my experience is Very Nice with this Car.

      Loved this car. perfect hatch for me, driving comfort and stability are incomparable. look at this one what a sporty design, this is underrated. all ways am totally satisfied with this tiago. good one for a family.

      Perfect car with good build quality and value for money Only one drawback is service centers and i feel Tata has entered market with Tiago still Tata needs change the minds of Indian customers who are always with cheap built Maruthi.

    • My first car which I feel precious

      It was a long dream of mine to own a car. It was a first ever experience for me and my family to have our own car. So waited so long to buy a car which has both power and a decent style which will be a total value for money so that I won't regret my decission after wards. My small family of four members is so happy to have Tiago as a part of our family in 2019. I prefer the red color which feels better and the car gives a mileage of 18 - 20km approx which is pretty good and the riding comfort is good. The first service was dne after 1000km and now nearing second service. Of all the benefits am getting for a decent pricing I still wish my tiago had a rear ac vent also. It is a perfect city car made for a small family.
