I love Tiago always, but when come to maintenance company is cheating customers by providing cheap vendor warranty for parts like Battery. They give standard warranty of 2 years. But battery warranty is 18 months. My car is now 22 months old, but have standard warranty . In the last service TMSC advisor give an insight that my battery condition is poor and describes me this warranty terms while asking for replacement.. They are cheating by providing low warranty and compromising the quality from vendor. Because same battery can be purchased outside in 5000INR range amount with 3yr warranty. But OEM battery only got 1.5 years only. I also send mail regarding it, reply is an auto generated message with contact no., I called state level service manager of tata over phone call, he doesn't even know to address the issue empathetically.

Nice looking this car. Nice Engine &load capacity is very good. smooth travelling experience. seat capacity is good -5 seat capacity. The dashboard is nice looking. Black colour is so beautiful.

Space could have been better, service depends more on which service centre you go to, my service experience is average, mileage is not great but the main thing I bought it for build quality and performance

The car is very comfortable during long journeys and headache-free traveling. The buy experience is very nice. Driving is also very good. The look is so dashing and low maintenance, better mileage.

Great for beginners, with nice control and pickup. The exterior style is sporty and looks awesome. Need more engine power lil shaky when idle. Interior needs more styling.

Excellent car with low budget. The best car which can fulfil all ur expectations. I think every Indian should buy his first car from Tata. And Tata should improve his services n take care to customers.

1.i bought this car from Malayalam Tata motors Aluva. Firstly to be frank they didn't deliver the vehicle on time apart from that their customer service was good. 2.i have been driving this car from2019august (10000km) and the experience so far has been great in this category of vehicles. 3. In these prize range, the look of the vehicle was excellent.good quality and very spacious interior.i mostly like the interior of the vehicle which was finished in dual-tone with piano black finishing. As comes to performance there were a little bit disadvantages.in the first gear, a lag has been experienced and whenever AC is turned on I felt about 25%of the power has been lost.it was the major issue i didn't like.it was a 3cylinder engine I think these might be the reason for the above-mentioned problem. other than that, there are no other problems if it is eliminated the overall performance was amazing.I got an average mileage of 17km in city and 22km in NH. 4. Considering the service and maintenance I did 2 services yet. Both the service was good and no need of money.i believe the maintenance of the vehicle was reasonable and durable. 5.Pros Good performance Very good interiors Steering control was very simple Good quality exteriors Excellent safety features Spacious Excellent entertainment system powered by Harman Cons. Power down when AC is on Little lag in the first gear

It is very nice car one of this price area and compare to grand I 10 and swift it was amazing engine capacity and mileage was 22kmpl on highway and 18 kmpl in city. One thing is bad like Tiago has 3 cyclider power engine
