I am writing after using my Tiago Ev for almost 6 months. I am not satisfied with the quality and mechanism of the charging point lid (fuel cap). The quality of the lid provided is very poor, the hook which is supposed to get latched to the plastic part often bends because of this lid often gets stuck or doesn't get closed. Service centre people are fixing it but fix last for a few days and problem remains. The technician at the service centre mentioned it's known issue for Tiago Ev ... Not sure why Tata Motors not providing a permanent fix. For me, parts of the lid already started getting rust (within 6 months).

Considering cars at 7 lakh budget this car is the most value for money car, as full tank for cars at this price would cost 3500 Rs which can drive you per km at rs 6 but ev just at 1 Rs which is a fraction of the cost.

Colour midnight purple gets dirty easily. Some of the fittings such as the planets were lost. Hard to get them fixed by the service centre. Drive experience is amazing. Great for city use if it’s in your budget.

Great car in this price range.. gives a 220 km range on a single charge and a very smooth driving experience. It is superb built quality and awesome car.. loved it. The build quality is awesome. Tata's name is enough. The driving experience is too good.. very little maintenance.
