10 - Tata Tiago EV XT Long Range reviewTill the purchase, the sales executive showed great enthusiasm. After the purchase was completed, the response from the dealer, M/S Derik Motor was nil. I was informed that a technician from TATA Power will come to install the charging adopter. Nobody came even after 2 months. I informed this and the mileage problem to the dealer and the Tata service engineer. But nobody cared. The drivability is good. ARAI tested range given is 320km. However, the real-world mileage of 140 km is very poor. I thought it would give at least 220-250 km real-world mileage. You can't use the last 10% charge. After the vehicle is fully charged the display shows a range of 200-220 km only and not 320, km which Tata claims. Either Tata was misled or the dealer supplied a mid-range vehicle.Rating parameters(out of 5)3

Pros are it has all the new and upcoming features, it offers great mileage considering it is EV, and gives around 1 km per rupees which is amazing if you drive around a lot, although I would want a more luxurious option with less range for comfortable daily travels.Rating parameters(out of 5)3
