Tata Tiago [2016-2020] User Reviews

It is a good try from Tata. But the problem is that it vibrates like an auto rickshaw. I know it is a 3 cylinder engine and i should not expect BMW type comfort but the vibrations are unbearable. When the car is at idle, everything vibrates, right from gear shifter lever to the window, the whole car vibrates like carzy. It is impossible to sit in car when it is in idle and engine is running. Although once you start moving, vibration fades away. But if you live in a city with a lot of light, you will regret buying this car. There is a constant tick tick sound coming from engine. Milage is around 13 in city with AC and i achieved 20 on highway without AC.

I have driven it for nearly 3500 Km. Average is fine for a petrol car. I have made service centre people check the car thrice for any abnormalities and they say that vibrations can not be reduced as it is present in every petrol tiago. However, I did check 4 other tiago and found this in only 2. SO maybe it is in car belonging to certain batch. I regret buying this car.

Amazing car everything is so good best car really good work by Tata motors. Interior exterior all is good in this segment features is too good. People should buy this car without any doubt. I have complete satisfaction for this car. In vapi showroom sales person communication is also too good really nice experience for Tiago.

Exterior

 Exterior is very sporty and nice with appropriate dimension and Front curve

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)

 Interior is also very good But Plastic part edges needs more refinement like closing area of glove box. Parking sensor, Harman music system is awesome

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox

 Pickup is good but at apropriate gear.. Fuel economy is 14.5 to 15.5 with ac and 16.5 to 17  without ac on highway Local it is around 12

Ride Quality & Handling

 |Ride quality and handeling is awesome but their are vibrations due to 3 pot engine

Final Words

Value for money but TATA have to do more focus on paint quality, finishing and after sales service Actuallt its a company of tata ace and for taxi they have to do lots of change to serve passanger cars

Areas of improvement  

 refinement in engine, car finishing, and paint quality. I think if tata give front power windows in XE model the sale will hike more.

I purchased tata tiago xt diesel new car It is my first car and I happy purchase it's I think it is my good decision than kaid 1.o Value for money car good interior & exterior good balancing over 90/h speed But pick up is light slow than grand i10 and kuv100 it's need improvement Fuel economy is very good

The car is to good I buy this car in 2 november. It milage is excellent and the white color is my favorite.it Harman music system is to good.the servicing of car by providing Tata and the riding experience is like VIP . The car look so pretty and the car is very good. I buy this car in Jalandhar on emi it's done in one day

Buying experience is good although tata has not broad service network but it could be better. Riding is very good in this car ride quality is better than maruti card. Performance of this car is very good by considering city as well as highway riding and also lookes is better in hatchback segment. Harman audio system is amazing the sound quality is very good although is misses out some luxury featurs like android auto and apple car play . Parking camera is also misses out

As always the riding experience is good ( expect that from tata) Servicing and maintenance cost is very low, mileage is 22 in city and 24 to 27 on highway, there are few cons like the glove box doesnt matches to dashboard geometry when it is closed and infotainment screen sometimes hangs but the issue can be resolved by switching off the car and then restart.

1. Easy to buy with easy instalment?? 2. Riding is easy to handle best suspense easy with gears and most important it's speaker is really osm there is no comparison of it 3. Look is decent and attractive and it's main feature in look that I like most is inner space 4. It have low maintainance. And servicing is also be fast 5. It's is best model in this price with look and other thing but and there is no cons in it with sure with my experience
