All tiago Owners and New buyers Must Read

Hello I am writing this mail regarding a problem occur in my newly purchased tata tiago car on 28th June from Active automobiles Ahmadabad, from day one i am facing a problem in my Air condition driver side vent.

The problem is when i am trying to move slightly air condition knob towards high to low the driver side vent starts throwing hot air immediately, while all other vents keep throwing cool air .Other vent starts throwing hot air after entering in red line and  crossing blue line which is correct.
Although I am moving my conditioning control knob  high to low very slight on blue point and the knob status only covers only half distance on blue gauge  the driver side blower starts  throwing hot air. So I visited the service center for this problem and the strange thing was they were aware about this fault and they told that "Every Tiago has this problem in air conditioning and service center has no solution because Company has not given any solution yet, so you have to drive your car with this fault".

So I wrote to company about this Fault, after sending my query to customer support menager I was informed that there is no fault in my car  it is due to a feature/sensor which is not present in my car, But I am still in puzzle that why there is no sensor/feature is not there only in my driver side air conditioner vent how ever the  other vets works fine, so it is not a symptomp or feature it is clearly a fault.

Even after buying a new car  we are driving a car which has faulty air condition.Currently I am in a situation in which I cant reduce the cooling of my air condition i have to drive my car with full air condition on which eats up my car pickup as well as fuel economy also  because at the moment I touch the dial, the driver side vent starts throwing hot air.

I request you to please Check this fact before buying this car and also who already has purchased this car pl. find out weather your car has this fault or not.
