    I have purchased TIAGO XZ Diesel variant on 7th SEPTEMBER 2016 from ACTIVE AUTOMOBILES (AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT).

    The only reason for buying this car against hyundai grand i10 was its milage and HARMAN music system.

    On 9th september my music system stopped working I immediately called my sales executive Mr. Rohit, He said this is the work of workshop guys and gave me the number of workshop manager Mr. Jigish bhavsar, I called him that day and he said that he can not do anything about the music system it is the work of harman people and that they are strictly told not to touch the music system only harman people have the authority to check the fault in music system and he explained me the process that they have to register the call log to harman then harman will give them a date on which their technician will arrive and then he will convey the date to me and on that day I have to give my car for examination. This process takes 2-3 days. So after two days the technician from harman arrived which later I discovered was a localite from Ahmedabad only and had no technical knowledge(Let me tell you he had no professional ethics) his name was Mr. LUV(one of the Most senseless and pathetic person I have ever seen in my life) they kept my car in the workshop for whole day and at the end of the day when I asked LUV what was the reason for this break down he said there was no issue I just reset the system and it started working. I asked him did it stop because of me doing something wrong or do I need to take any extra care so that this does not happen again. He said no extra care is needed it was a car socket issue and it is resolved. I argued with him that if it was a hardware issue than just reseting the system may not solve it but he was not ready to hear anything and said that it will not happen again. I even complained about his attitude to the workshop manager.

    After 2 days again my music system stopped working again it took 2 days for him(Harman technician) to arrive this time i was told that it was some wiring problem and it has been resolved. Any gusses who was the technician yes (Mr. LUV) of whom I had complained earlier. I again complained the workshop manager that I am not sure whether he is the right person to check my new car.

    Again my system stopped working after few days this time I was told that the system was faulty and it has been replaced by the same Harman technician.

    Again after 2-3 days the system stopped working now I told my sales executive and workshop manager that this is the limit and I am loosing my patience I want to raise my issue to higher authorities because my new car has been to workshop three times in 15 days and I think it is a serious issue and you all are taking it very lightly so I was given the number of Customer relationship manager Ms. Supriya Subudhi I called her and explained my issue. She said that till now she was not aware of this and now I should not worry she will call the senior team members from HARMAN and will personally look into the issue. I told her that I have to go on a long journey the next day and I have to drive 600 K.M. so please make sure that everything must be solved on that day and I can drive peacefully.

    On that day they took my car again for the whole day and I was told that version of Harman system was old in my car currently version 1.4 is the latest version and my system had version 1.3, I even argued with her that my music system is the latest one it was just replaced before 5 days how could it be possible,She said that all the TIAGO cars in market are called back for the version upgrade and it has just released before 15 days so it might be possibe that the system which was replaced was again the old version but now you can be rest assured we have again replaced the system and it is the latest version Now you wont have any further problems. I got my car at the evening I checked the system by connecting my Phone with bluetooth the phone got connected but I was not able to call or answer any call through the system. I imediately called Ms. Supriya and she said that she doesnt know why it is happening and she will talk with the concerned person and will call back in 5 min. I waited for 5 min but her call did not came and when I called her, her mobile was switched off. I called Mr. Jigish bhavsar he said that he also does not know anything about harman system and he cant do anything about it but after insisting he gave me the number of harman technician who had replaced the system and guess what again the senior member from Harman team who replaced the system was Mr. LUV. I called him this time and I requested him that please check the issue with my mobile because I have just recieved my car from the workshop and tomorrow I have to go on a long journey so I would definitely need this feature. But I was shocked by his reply he said that my mobile(MOTO X PLAY) is not supported by the system, I told him that it was working fine before if it is not supported how come it was working fine before? He replied that he doesnt know the details may be due to system upgrade it has stopped functioning. I again argued with him that if I buy a new mobile today and if tommorow there is another system upgrade and it stops supporting then will I have to buy another mobile? He didnt gave answer to that question then again I requested him that tomorrow I have to go on a long journey atleast see if you can do something and to that he replied me that I cant come because it will be my overtime and the company does not pay me for overtime. After this statement I lost my patience and I called the workshop manager that I am getting such kind of replies and to that he again said that I cannot do anything about it.
