First of all I selected this car because of good safety feature, music system, good looking and above all it is in my budget. I couldn't forget that rainy day of delivery with my family and daughter. After two month of waiting, Concorde TATA motor wakadewadi PUNE handover my first car Tiago XZ petrol on 1st July 2016. There is no free accessories accept photo frame and flower on car, I asked them at least give me 250rs car freshener but they didn't, However we are still so happy because it is the great moment for us. Within 1 month of daily office driving experience, I have noticed problems.
1. Too much vibration (Feel like I am driving mini tempo in city).
2. Unbearable engine noise and it is more when A/C is on.
3. Rear viper sound when start during raining.
4. Trunk opening round rubber corner peel off and due this I cannot close trunk before personally push rubber inline.
Here is my experience I booked pickup and drop from my office on 1st August 2016, it was raining so driver come for pickup at 11:40 am and I got a call from service center at 12:30 pm to explain the problem. I explain above 4 issues with my car so that person started talking like that Tiago petrol is 3 cylinders so engine vibration and sound is obvious and we cannot fix it. We will check other two problems and fix it, now I got a call for driver at 2:30 pm that your car is at office gate come for parking. I was surprise because I got car in less than two hours after talking with service person and when I see my car, there is no wash, no vacuum clean inside then I asked driver what happened why my car is not clean then he replied there is water in our service basement and that’s why we cannot clean and wash your car. You come at any time, we will wash your car free then he handover key.
I was not happy because when I checked viper and rubber that peel off are as it was before. Next day I downloaded Tata service connect app and complaint about my frustration then I got a call from concorde motor service center and she insist me to come personally and explain my problem then they will solve in my front then I said I do not have time to come because of my project deliverable. Finally they sent 1 technician on 17th August to my office and I explain him my car problems then he said Tata is in process of upgrading this car which will fix engine vibration and noise problem and in meanwhile we will pick up your car and try to reduce vibration and noise as much as we can. They schedule a pickup on 22nd August 2016 and now I have deep regret for my decision.
