Exterior Exterior build quality is good. But doors are hard while opening. 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Door locks could have been more like modren cars instead of stick type. Also the plastic on the doors and dashboard other than the piano black could have been better. Seating is excellant. 5 adults can sit comfortably even in long drives.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Round trip to Mangalore to Bangalore gave me at 18 kmpl with AC ON for major part of the trip.

Ride Quality & Handling It was a smoot drive. Not even once did i feel insecure and out of control on the car. I could drive the Ghat section without much trouble.

But my elbow started to pain while handling with only right hand as there is nothing to support the hand. Telescopic streering is much needed in this car

Final Words All in all, a good deal for the money you pay.  And all the features coming from a Indian manufaturer at global standards make you feel proud to be owner of the car.

Areas of improvement Interior plastic quality, Stick type door locks need to be changed, A video display unit for infotainment system is desirable.

Good Milage, infotainment system, Good exteriors and interiors, peppy drivebuild quality could be much better

Exterior A really eye cachy car, I have orange color XZ Tiago, and believe me people checked twice.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Marvellous quality, forget about any cheap meterial, everything feels premium and seems the car is actually more costly. Harman system is absolute delight for music lovers. Car is loaded with features. The park assist and its representation in music system's screen is super helpful for me. Cabin noise isolation is also very good.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine is refined, not so noisy. Good for both city and highway. Fuel economy is good. Gearbox is smooth shift with short throw.

Ride Quality & Handling Car is stable and confortable at any Indian roads, potholes, big ditches you name it. Suspention system is what I love. Steering is very precise and responsive.

Final Words I am in love with the car. At 5.5 lakh on road (Kolkata) with all the features, no other car comes close of it. "Fully Satisfied" on my purchase decision.

Areas of improvement

1. AC is good enough, only at higher blower speed, blower makes some noise (yet not a deal breaker).  2. Dealership quality and their customer handeling ability is also needs to be improved, Otherwise product is fantastic.

Exterior It is a heads turner on road with the sunburst organge colour. Bodylines, headlamps, front grill all merge into a neat and tidy look. 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Two airbags, a great infotainment system, fantastic autogear comfort, great power steering experience, 4 power windows and everything you can think of in a car at this price. Not even a penny needed once delivered with all these features.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Great city ride with 15-18 kmph fuel efficiency. Shoots to 22-28 on long drives. Drove 960 Kms in a day and got 23 kmpl with ac ON all the time. The engine is super cool under the bonnet. AMT gearbox is very handy and smooth to operate. Relieves the left leg of the long drive pains in a conventional gear box with clutch. Left hand and left leg fully free and relaxed. Can drive long distances without fatigue.

Ride Quality & Handling Very smooth and responsive suspension, stable vehicle at high speeds, driving pleasure.

Final Words Great price-feature-performance package. Any other manufacturer model with these features sure to cost 10 lakhs + which is prices 6.5 lakhs for Tiago. Very happy to own. 

Areas of improvement Improve a little on boot space.

Fully Loaded, Great Mileage, Super AMT convenienceBoot could have been little bigger.

The car is all well, I have xz petrol 1.2, on highway I am getting mileage near to 26.3 as per odometer and in city it comes to 20.4 nearly.

1.Buying experience was all good.

2. Ride quality is quite pleasant.

3. Car has very good performance u will drive in city mode, and good mileage in eco mode.

4. Servicing is poor at tata motors jaika at hingna nagpur, my car started noise in fibre panel of gear knob after first servicing.

I am happy with my car, I got what i wanted As I was a owner of santro xing previously, a 2005 model xp, it was my first good car but tiago is far above her although the power delivery was smooth in santro because of 4 cylinder engine. But in tiago if ur in need of instant pick up just switch to city mode and push the pedal very light than you have pushed in eco and that all enough. I love my car.

1. Buying experiance I bought this car from “Shree Shyam Tata Motors, Jaipur”. They were very helpful in providing me the car on time as this was the first xzplus variant to be delivered by them. It was a good hassle free experiance overall. 2. Riding experiance Tiago comes wit city and eco mode and i have driven max. In city mode. It had some vivrations in first gear else everything is good. Driving in city is smooth. 3. Interior/exterior Looks are awesome, build quality is good, you will not get in other cars of this segment an automatic climate control and integrated herman sound system is too good. It comes with alloy wheels and projector headlamp. They make it feel a premium car. 4. Servicing/maintenance Its a petrol car and you need to change the engine oil at 15k, that makes it quiet economical. Its delivering a milage of 14-15 kmpl in city with climate control on. Overall low maintainability. 5. Overall You name the feature in this segment cars and you will find it in tiago. Projector head lamp, alloys, auto climate control, abd, ebd, everything is incorporated. Its a good car and i love it.

The built quality is cheap, the platform and carpets are soaked with water when we wash the car, during rain driver seat carpet is soaked with water. I have noticed it in few tiago. Water is leaking from the front to cabin. Only through scrutiny will find this problem. Water is leaking through joints in front. The milage as per company is 23 and l get only 12 , I am driving daily 80 km. There's an exploding sound usually when the car climb steep hill, bye roads, signals etc. Only the cars music system and design looks impressive.

No car can compete it... Best car I have ever seen... It's average is 27.5 on the highway... I have real pic of its average... I have fallen in love with it... Class music system... Which will take u in heaven..!

Exterior: Stylish compared to others in this segment, Colors are awesome i have purchased a sunburn orange which look fantastic. other color options are also good specially the grey one. Have a bold look from front seems like a sedan car.

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort): Too Good for this segment, Infotainment system by Harman is awesome at this price range. Space is comfortable as per segment. boot space if good enough to accomodate a medium siz family luggage

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox : Bit of vibrations feeling inside but can manage with that if running AC with window closed. Fuel economy is definatey not as claimed by TATA, Have not calculated exactly but its not good at all.

Gear Box is smooth.

Final Words: Awesome ride but average could have been better

 

Areas of improvement : Fuel economy could have been better as claimed by TATA, I dont know if we can install a Comprehensive CNG kit or not.
