4.0 Exterior | 4.0 Comfort | 4.0 Performance |
3.0 Fuel Economy | 2.0 Value for Money |
Exterior Looks good still needs updates like day time running lights which are now available in xuv 500 and scorpio. The car that has starting price over 10 lakhs must have alloy wheels and rear wiper as standard.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Totally featureless car, no climate control, no touch screen, no steering mounted control, parking sensors and airbags are available only in higher models.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Satisfactory, fuel economy is the area where TATA should improve a little bit to have an edge over the competitors.
Ride Quality & Handling Good, feels very fine engine, less body roll than before
Final Words Just needs some features and this car will rule the segment. The other SUV's in this segment are feature laden.
Areas of improvement TATA must add atleast basic features and should hire better designers.(the laddakh version of safari just looks dumb, resembles Xylo. It is also clear from all the Tata cars that designers are very poor in their work).
