- Engine performanceExterior Good in same segment. Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Needs to be improved. Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox 12 kmpl not good as 140 bhp mhawk engine in same segment so. I would like to beat scorpio and xuv 500 by my storm but pick up and top speed is less than xuv 500 and scorpio. I request you tata motors change engine of tata safari who beat the mhak engine of scorpio and xuv 500 in the same segment I woluld like to see tata safari in top position in the same segment suv and one more disadvantage tata safari is paid service cost is higher than scorpio or mahindra means scorpio and xuv 500 requires less maintainance cost than Safari. Ride Quality & Handling Good. Final Words mhawk engine of scorpio is better than dicor or varicor engine of safari produes same power in 2179 cc 140 bhp but better performance than Safari. Areas of improvement Single din music systym, speed of mirrors in power window moves very slowly, dashboard.LookEngineRating parameters(out of 5)4

0 - SAFARI STORME -NEW BEAST IN TOWNExterior I bought STORME EX WID EXPLORER EDITION. New safari storme is much better then old safari dicore from all parts. exterior is much improved,you have to just climb up to sit ,which make you feel like a BOSS. Crome finishing is very good. Decors are looks fantastic on my pearl white storme. Crome finishing on lights are not very good. Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) interiors are much better than dicore.but more improvement can be done. dash board are soft. new 2 din music system is nice and give some extra luxury feeling to storme.after installing 2 din music system the cup holders are now useless. leather seats are good. Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox engine is same but improved a bit.the sound become less and engine is more effective. the acceleration is improved. gear box is also improved but may feel little hard while shifting gears.the old dicores problrm of shifting gears evry time u slow down is improved a lot. iam getting about 11-14 kmpl . Ride Quality & Handling ride quality is great.you will feel that you are sitting on a truck(becoz of height). jerks/damage roads/no roads are not a problem for safari passangers. handling is improved a lot.STORME has 5.4 m turning radius which is best in class.stering wheel is now shorten which give good controlling. Final Words Great and real SUV in india.Best for indian roads. Areas of improvement interior,electonic features. looks,style,crome finishing,etcinterior,gear shiftingRating parameters(out of 5)4
