Frank is not yet installed as it shows in the brochure and the dealer is not aware of the same. The big issue is the ACFC installation. Bought the charger from Amazon at a reduced rate but the installation requires a 16 mm cable from the electric supply which is missing. This was not informed by the Dealer. So check the supply cable size before buying the ACFC.

The buying experience from Jasper, Vijayawada is average. New Punch EV LR broke down twice on the highway and twice near home within a week and less than 570km with a Battery issue, currently in the service centre. Please avoid Tata Motors Cars as their quality control is abysmal. Please don't be scapegoats and lose your hard-earned money and mental peace.

It looks good, but in Hyderabad it very expensive 20lakh, these electric cars are worst, do not buy into hype. Tata and Mahindra both have bad service they have too many vehicles for them to service and they cannot take care of your vehicle maintenance is bad.
