• The 12V and USB ports are still not easy to access in the front console and placing a phone or wallet there obstructs the movement of the gear lever.

Positives:

• The Tata Nexon has received a five-star safety rating from the NCAP authorities.
• Six airbags are standard on this SUV and also has features like a blind-view monitor, auto headlamps, and rain-sensing wipers.
• There are other features like an auto-dimming IRVM, three-point seatbelts for all seats, and a rear defogger.
• It also benefits from improved visibility from the 360-degree surround view system with front parking sensors.

Negatives:

• The Tata Nexon is not offered with ADAS features.

• The quality of the plastic along with the fit and finish lower down in the cabin do not look premium.
• The piano-black surfaces inside the Nexon’s cabin attract fingerprint smudges almost instantly.
