Poor Quality with 5 star rating tag line

We bought brand new top model Nexon. The wiper came out on the next day itself and they came and fixed it. ( No proper PDA happens). When car was parked it start to horn and service guys came and replaced front and back door. Now we noticed while it not in running mode and we turn on AC it give vibration on specific wave format, it is in service station in a month. Very poor QA by Tata Motors.5 star safety in service station is complete useless.
