    • Pathetic Service and Poor quality Parts and accessories

      We bought Nexon in September 2020 and in less than 2.5 years, the AC compressor has shut down. It's our fourth car and it's the first time I have heard something like a car compressor breaking down. Pathetic.

      1. I purchased tata nexon xm petrol on 22 Oct 2020, from Shyam automotive Indore, buying experience was good. Got delivery and papers on time. 2. Till now I ride 2100 km on highway and village... Riding and pick up is amazing there are no single issues in the car. The suspension is excellent. 3. Front look is excellent, the interior is also superb. 4. First free service completed... Overall Experience is good from what we heart from others. But still needed much more effort by tata. The average on the highway is 18kmph without AC. 5. Pros: safe, Awesome looking, build design, good performance, Space. Cons: should have Rear Ac Vents

      The buying experience is too good. Behaviour is awesome, the Driving experience is soft, easy to drive, stunning looks, road presence awesome, performance is top of the notch in this segment, Maintenance cost and service experience is satisfactory, pros: 1)Safety, 2) driving performance, 3) Indian brand, 4) stylish road presence. Cons: no sunroof every version of this car, nothing special
