Servicing & Maintenance - I chose the Nexon over the Brezza and the Creta for one main reason. I wanted to support Tata and an indigenous brand and truly fell for the looks and interiors, which are world-class. However, the looks not being the actual value of a car, I am shocked to see the clutch failing within 22000 kms. The dealer conveniently points out that the clutch is a wear and tear part and is not covered under warranty. An AMT clutch operates on its own and a driver barely controls what it does or how it performs, except stepping on the brake/clutch pedal.
How fair is it that i have to replace the clutch within 1 year paying 20K? How long is the new clutch going to last in that case?
Did I make a mistake of buying Tata vehicle, replacing a fully automatic Honda city that had served me for over 100,000kms? without any problems?
