Not good experience with this so called confort amt and safest car.

I am not a car expert, My friends did advice me to go for any other car but not Tata car(post service issue), and now i have the same feeling that i should hv gone for other car. Since the day i bought it..not so pleasant experience. The Biggest head right now the Car mileage.. while Purchasing i did clearly tell the sales Person the millage is one the requirement.. and they told me Car average is up to 17 km on highway, however I can expect up-to 15 km minimum.and within city 12- 13 km. However after 3000km, one servicing and number of trips on high I ma failing to get the near by average. Within city, if heavy traffic up-to 6 km and normal traffic up to 7km... I did travel number of times on high way and I barely got 10.5km).. I ma not sure if the case is with my car only.. or petrol XZA+. Another serious issue, if you are stuck in heavy traffic for longer time, start getting a beep of auto gear box problem.. that beeps continues, when you accelerate. but when u release the break, care start moving back, instead of moving ahead on flat road too. I visited the service center, they did some code setting refresh, problem was solved, but started getting again. last one around servicing, I did denting painting work on door and quality of work was so poor, i could see color patches on car bonnet fenders, fiber parts. unfortunately my overall experience is not good with this so called comfort automatic and safest car.
