The styling is great. Looks attractive.
It is very well featured car & unnecessary features for Indian conditions such as Sunroof & Cruise Control are avoided. I can say it is a nearly full featured car barring CVT (automatic) transmission and rain sensing wipers. Hope they introduce it in near future. Looks extremely sturdy but lacks many safety features such as 6 airbags, Electronic Parking brakes, all four disc brakes etc. However, it is difficult to expect such features in a low price compact SUV.
Tata's entry in turbojet Petrol is kind off me too but better late than never. Hope engine lasts full warranty period. I have test driven Diesel varient XZ+ Dual tone and was extremely surprised with its pick up & punch on the trafficless road. However, avoid driving it in Sports mode on conjusted urban road. The pick up is very jerky in sports mode. Over all it is a good ride car.
Fuel efficiency 18 km/ltr on highway for diesel if driven at 90 kms/hr with pay load of 175 kgs.
It is a nice try by Tata & should do well provided it does not give electronic & mechanical problems in short period. Should intoduce rain sensing Wipers.
I think Tata should focus more on longivity of car than feature studded car. Tata is out of reckoning due to its quality related issue. Hope this car does not give major trouble in coming Five years.

I have one word and that is awsome for this machine ,My Hubby purchased this few days back ..The Tata Nexon is the car which can attract its customers only by its funky looks. But hold on, this is not the car which has just the looks, but it is overall almost a complete package. The looks was instant hit 3years ago when it was showcased in Auto Expo. The interiors are also really good with great quality overall, free floating screen etc but the finish could have been better here and there. The space is generous although not a proper 5 seater. The features are also enough to take on the rivals with ABS and Airbags standard across the range. The handling is decent with good steering feedback, light clutch, great ride quality but the high ground clearance leads to a bit body roll but not too scary. The engines are also all new, with decent NVH levels but we can expect bit more punch from 108hp engines although torque spread is generous throughout the rev range. So, go for it as this is a complete package along with Tata's value for money pricing strategy. May be if it was avaiable in few more colors it would hve been great. But at this price such great car. I cannot explain how happy I am.

Value for money, it has topnotch quality in every aspect, it has looks, performance, entertainment, what not list goes on n on
I have been driving Nexon XZ+ Diesel around 650 + kilometers since 10 days. I never used to love Bangalore city driving (may be coz of mindset that its much of hassle rather than comfort and my so assumed expert driving skills are meant for highways/bit of off roads and not for City) The comfort and joy NEXON is offering me on each drive is amazing and it has changed my perception about city driving totally.
I am strongly sensing that I will say goodbye to daily office cab commuting, uncalled social media involvements and look for positive life in the city live up to it with the help of NEXON.
This car will be my added home soon (of course Bangalore traffic will ensure that)
Hope TATA lives up to the impression which has created by this car in its post sales care and services.
I may pen shortfalls in the NEXON, found if any, in due course of time.

I booked this car Nexon XM petrol 2 days back and waiting time is one month. Please share user experience on petrol version as nothing is known about this car experience. I booked falling in love with looks and comfort also its SUV. But plz share your experience on petrol. Also I was not able to test drive petrol I drove diesel model which was awesome.

Will you travel by an airline which in the past almost crash landed or has a history of crashes?
Well, it seems I selected such a terrible company to select my next ride Tata Nexon.
From Day 1 it is a terror. Got stalled on week 1. Issues one after another means over 12 visits since purchase date.
Imagine a new car and parts changed include: Gear Oil Seal, Oil Pressure Sensor, AC Comp, Indicator Switches. Add to woes is steering which was never centred from day 1 and makes terrble noise. Add to it horror that it used to get locked on U Turn.
Now tata fan boys will say, Whats wring. At least Tata corrected faults. What if it was your car?
Yeah, only after 4-5 visits for U Turn Issue. AC Comp 2 visits. These are just examples.
Bad Service: Here is an example. After second service Oil Pressure Warning light error was shown. I called TASC. Manager said he will call back. Offcourse, he never did.
When I called back, he said why it happens in your car. We cannot trust it. This when I had shared image with his senior.
When I highlighted this to MD of TATA MOtors, his team denied that there is no issue and Mr Gumeet explained me everything.
It was a lie as warning light was there.
Offcourse, later without informing service centre about this fiasco, I apprached a new TASC and they said Sensor is at fault.
What Else is there to prove
