- 4 years ago | FARAN SIDDIQUII am writing about Tata nano as such, its a car with best of everything, however, it has not taken off as expected because of the fixated mindset of Indian buyer of entry-level category, the least and cheapest expense car with outstanding performance and mileage. I've travelled by car to some of the most inaccessible areas which require 4x4 drive vehicles unless it's a boggy ground its performance is even better than most of the SUVs 4x4, the best vehicle in cold climatic areas and high altitudes I've crossed the streams with ease, low parking space and with a seating capacity of 5 what else do you look for. Safety, is doubtful on high-speed direct impact, however, I've seen people coming out scratch less in case the impact is not head-on or at low speeds, thanks to the crumple zone and design which takes legs beneath the seat. Tata must come up with an EV model.Rating parameters(out of 5)5

Hello,
I bought NANO emax XM in April 2016, Many of my colegues asked to me change my decision of buying NANO. I was afread of taking NANO to long ride and ghats because of 625 CC engine and things heard from people. Last week I visited Matheran from Pune. After that I am very happy with my decision. NANO can reach top of Matheran which is one of the most steep ghat. I travelled with full load inside and 350 KM in one day. So no doubt about performance of NANO emax XM. I spend only 420 Rs for Fuel (CNG) and 60 Rs for Petrol for traveling to Matheran (With AC) which is cheaper than my two wheeler running cost. Also which is less than Toll I paid during whole travel. If you are buying car for good performace and travel need, this is BEST. If you are buying car for status then DONT TAKE NANO. But with my experience with NANO I will say Kuch toh log kahenge logon ka ka hai kehna.

It's a great car for everyday city use, to go get ur groceries or run to the shop nearby. I get close to 22 kmpl and that's more than sufficient. The space on the inside contrary to the exterior is abundant and can seat 4 adults in comfort. The drive itself is wooden and kinda harsh. But like I said it's the perfect car if u want to own 2 cars, get a nano for ur everyday running around and a larger car for the highway or something flamboyant that's too impractical for everyday use. Would recommend as a taxi replacement.
