Final Words THE HORROR IN BUYING A TATA NANO CAR:

I have used the Nano car for nearly 2 years and this is my review from the bottom of my heart about the peoples car.

The quality of the after sales service of the car is HORRIBLE. When the car RUSTS completely, BURN and develops COMPONENT FAILURE's "Tata Motors" does not even care about its customer and their safety by giving a replacement of the car. Quality wise Maruti Alto 800 is by FAR FAR superior to a Tata Nano. Furthermore any problem occurs to Nano you are completely at the mercy of Tata Motors, since the local mechanic cannot service this car. Tata Motors is also doing a major cover-up as far as the quality of Nano is concerned. The car is only just o.k (since only the driving factor is comfortable since it is a very light car) and not at all comparable to the old VW Beetle cars. Nano car material is the cheapest in terms of quality amongst all the available different models of car in India. I doubt that they in-fact must be even using re-cycled metal for making the body frames or else the car SHOUND NOT RUST the manner in which it had rusted in my case.

Tata only wants to just sell Nano and I have seen a lots of their cars getting rusted in their workshop and a big cover-up is taking place silently because of our SLOW Indian System of justice. Tata Motors knows very well that as far as the Indian System is, a customer will never go to a Consumer Court which will be a time consuming process. And this factor they are exploiting heavily to cover-up their quality issues with Nano and trying to maintain a clean record by not bringing the serious QUALITY AND SAFETY ISSUES IN THE NANO CAR, on record and hence not giving a replacement of the car even after the car completely rusted, burnt and developed multiple component failure. IS THIS THE QUALITY AND SAFETY STANDARDS FOLLOWED BY A COMPANY LIKE TATA MOTORS?

Mr. Ratan Tata I hope are you reading this. Car buyers please don’t get carried away by the old Dadabhai Naoroji’s TATA Company while buying this Nano car. It does not leave up to the expectations and their new breed of Staffs and Managers does not even know the exact meaning of Quality and Safety Standards. The UGLIEST PART is THE COMPANY HIGHER UPS CANNOT BE CONTACTED, AND NOBODY IS EVEN BOTHERED NO MATTER IF SOMEONE’S LIFE AND SAFETY IS COMPROMISED BY USING A TATA NANO BECAUSE OF IMPROPER QUALITY & SAFETY STANDARDS ISSUES.

They just don’t accept a Manufacturing Defect in a product. Such is their crony kind of attitude in maintaining their perfection standards as far as the Nano Car is concerned.

If you are LOOKING FOR A QUALITY PRODUCT THEN DONT BUY NANO.

CONSIDER BUYING ALTO 800 YOU WILL HAVE PEACE OF MIND. After my Nano experience I can always tell to the nation that M800 "WAS, IS & WILL" always be a 100% reliable Small Family Peoples Car.

Any how I will not discourage in my review about TATA MOTORS. Readers if you wanna buy a TRUCK then do go to Mr. Ratan Tata, and he will provide you with Damn Good, Nice and Admirable Truck like an Elephant but not a RELIABLE AND SAFE TATA NANO FAMILY CAR.

Areas of improvement Tata Company: Dont preach to the nation "Jago Re Jago Re" when you cant keep live up the words that you are uttering.
