Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Your right knee rubs the instument pannel, clutch pedal is too tight and on city driving is very painful for the knee and foot.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine is noisy, it racees automatically and slows down even when AC is not on, donot know this is normal for this engine or problem with my vehicle.gear shifting is not smooth and noisy.

Ride Quality & Handling Steering wheel is very rigid, really to struggle while reversing.

Final Words GOOD VALUE FOR  MONEY, for the person who has not driven any recent model cars.

Areas of improvement Engine noise, power steering, redesgning the dashboard so that the right knee gets some extra room. thermostat for AC,,rethink about the clutch assembly, open the boot from rear end.

Looks like a toy, spacious inside, cannot coment on fueleconomy as my car is just 6 days oldNoisy , vibration, tight clutch pedal, less eficient brakes, too tight drivers seat and your touches

Exterior Excellent, Cute even after this many years.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Very spacious. Better than alto, Santro or Spark

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox It is fun till 70kmph. Fuel economy is 17 in city and 20 driven continuosly at 90-100kmph. Chennai to Nellore and back.

Ride Quality & Handling Ride is like Santro, unsttled and bumpy. But if it can match alto's ride no budjet hatch can come close to nano.

Final Words But for NVH and ride and image it is an excellent design.

Areas of improvement NVH and ride and increase the price. I am looked down upon for driving this otherwise excellent car. Comfort on rear seat must be increased to ensure comfortable long journies. It is not a failure like many are telling. Out of 100s of cars now in India, it is among the top 10 far ahead than figo, spark and the like. Initially when Alto was launched it was selling just 2000/month. The Nano has certainly a bright future, if improved and marketed properly.

Looks, Interior space, Ingres and Egress, Mileage, Performance, Ease of driving Visibility, Price, CUnsettled ride, Noise inside.

      Exterior - cute

I am very much dissatisfied with this car. It has very good leg space and head space at both the seats. overall I am getting a fuel economy of 14 km/l (AC)in the city driving condition at Delhi.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) :enough space but very uncomfortable seats

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox : very poor, not more then 12 km/litre with ac on delhi road

Ride Quality & Handling :  I have completed 17000 km of my nano car in three year and paid approx 52000/- for after sale service to tata srinath service centre i.e maintenance is more than 3/-per Km.so beware before purchasing nano.On point of suspension I am very disappointed. AS I am in Delhi and roads are quite good so less painful. but Tata has to do in this area.

Final Words : not recommanded to purchase nano ,after sales service is very poor and costly.

Areas of improvement  : fuel economy and after sales service

Good style and cutenessfuel economy, gear box and after sale service

Exterior Looks good to me. as it is said "beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder" 😊

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Good interiors, good leg room and seating comfort. Enough space under the back seat for luggage. Good Blaupunkt player & speakers, glove box and power windows. Good AC as well.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine is good for its size and worth. A little less pull when climbing a ghat section but otherwise good with the AC on as well.

Ride Quality & Handling Handling and ride is amazing. No complains as well. Turning radius is also great.

Final Words I would say, this is a good buy and value for money in all respects.

Areas of improvement For what its worth, I would congratulate TATA on a job well done. Middle class families and lower middle class can enjoy the comfort of a car at a decent price.

Feul economy, seating comfort, leg roompulling a bit slow

Nano is a wonderful car no doubt about it.. I just took it for my dad. he is a senior citizen and won’t feel comfortable driving a high power car as they are aggressive in pickups.. I also own i10 1.2.. but was very happy with Nano when took the first ride..

Nano 2013 is really an improved version.. Tata took some efforts to improve the Nano and efforts paid off.. Nice interior.. easy to handle even at high speed i.e. 90KMPH.

I took a test drive of Nano in 2010 and now 2013 the engine noise is reduce dramatically i.e. no engine noise in cabin at least.. AC is powerful …

Steering is bit heavy at low speed. But few people suggested to increase air pressure in front tyers so that steering becomes easy. Need to check on that, as this method should not damage tyers …

I took it for a drive from Pune to Kolhapur i.e. 250 KM and ride was very comfortable..

Drove at consistent speed of 70 KMPH and with 70% AC I got 22 KM/LTR average. Also notice one thing that with high power cars we use to drive bumper to bumper on high ways.. This cause lot of braking and zig zag moves.. But with Nano I was on one side of road with consistent speed and less braking..

Currently my dad is using it and he is very happy and satisfied with the small wonder..

But even with such a wonderful car Tata need to spend some efforts to improve service..

      Exterior

       Exterior is good

      Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)

       Spaceious compact car..

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox

Gear shifting is bit hard.. fuel economy is good it gives 22 km/ltr  on highway with 70% AC and in citiy drive it gives till 18 to 19 km/ltr

      Areas of improvement

Tata need to improve the service..

Exterior Very good pearl white(sun beam pearl white would have enhanced the pleasure of seeing the car).

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Front Power wingdows, nice leg room&head room, fog lamps.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Learner driving 16 kmph (2nd time fuel filling/5lt), clutch and gear shift response and AC cooling all over the corners is very good.(my colleage who driven the car for me commented that the gear shift response is very good & AC cooling is better than new wagon R which he is owning/driving from the last one and half years.

Ride Quality & Handling Very good ride and excellent handling.

Final Words Value for money, No regrets after purchasing the car,1st time car buying, less utility/only city driving go for tata nano lx BS IV 2013 with out second thought.Dealers response for arranging test drive is very good. Good behaviour after purchase also. just on the 3rd day I have driven the car singly without any fear and problem. Given the requisite confidence.

Areas of improvement Option of sunbeam pearl should be made avaialable.

good fuel economy, excellent ac cooling for all corners, good gear & clutch response, convincing PriceABCs are little bit to the left

      Exterior

Cute and beautiful looking car with futuristic design. You will be noticed at crossings, parkings and get warm friendly stares when passing through country area. Occassionally at Dhaba and tea stalls you may have to answer "kitna deti hai???"

      Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)

Comfortable seats, spacious legroom, efficient AC make it an overall complete package of seamless comfortable journey. I just have transported 165 lt. fridge at its rear seat for 600 KM in 13 hrs driving throughout the day from Maihr MP to Patna Bihar via Allahabad by 50% very bad roads.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox

Unexpectedly good performance of such a tiny engine, effortless speed of 90 KMPH, 23-25 KMPL assured mileage, smooth gear shift. No complaint so for have driven 9000 KM in 18 monhs, despite being used for long hauls no overheating reported. I

      Ride Quality & Handling

      Plush ride, toy like handeling

      Final Words

Best first car....... offers safe and joyful transportation for a small family.

      Areas of improvement

Disc breaks at least at front wheels, needs few more liters in boot space, difficult side view from A pillar, rear power window (I am not mentioning power steering here at all)

Comfort, Space, Mileage, Performance, RuggednessNo open-able boot

Exterior Cheeky good looks and bright colours and decals.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Lots of room even for tall people. Recently drove on a 3 day trip with 4 adults. It was not a squeeze at the back. The boot was able to take enough luggage for the figure of us for the three days.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gedroves Drove 26500 km to every Indian state capital, to its  4 corners - Kargil, Tawang, Kanyakumari & Dwarka - and to Khardung La which at 18,380 ft is the highest motorable road in the world. Had 2 punctures, but the car did not break down.

Overall mileage was over 20 kpl and on some stretches got as much as 25 kpl. About 1000 km was at elevations of 8000 - 18,000 ft (higher fuel consumption) and another 1000 through some seriously bad roads.

Ride Quality & Handling Good handling even at 100 kph. Ride bumpy when not loaded.

Final Words very good value for money.

Areas of improvement Glove boxes (since addressed by TML).

Fuel economy, roominess, ground clearance, turning circleDifficulty to check engine oil level etc, no glove box

      Exterior: Awesome looks.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort): Just Ok, Could have been better. When i bought, it in 20111 there was no option to add the glove compartment. The leg room is awesome, so a tall person like me and for a nuclear family, this is one of the best cars.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox: Driven just over 8000 km. No problems. Bought the car on my son's 11th birthday on 17 - Oct - 2011.

Ride Quality & Handling: Just had one puncture in the last 3 years. So now, I have one normal tyre and other are tubeless versions.

Final Words:  Good for city roads. The only limiting factor is the small 15 litre petrol tank. With a bigger tank of 25 litres, there would been no issues with travelling long distance. This is a sesome car for all those who want a fuel efficient car and have the safety and comfort of a AC car. It remains one of the best cars for the middle class people. An absolute must for all people driving two whellers and risking their lives.

Areas of improvement : Bigger petrol tank & Power streering. Also, a diesel  version would been great.

      Good fuel efficiencySmall petrol tank
