Product default since manufacturing… Customer harassment mentally, physically & monetary.
It has been really bad experience, even after regular and timely service, problem continues & persists. The Tata Manza Car purchased in the year 2010 is defective since beginning…I have been harassed with the car as such every one or two months, the car is at workshop for repair of parts or change of parts may it be AC, LH, CCL, coolant box, ignition lock /choke, asyp-tail, assembly strut, ram power rap, steering problem, Clutch, suspension, noise in car, battery change in 2 years, so on etc... really bad pathetic car.
N no of complaints but no action, Tata Manza, Complete failure.
TATA Motors never thinks of customer only thinks of earning money not the trust of the customer.
Hundred times car is been sent to service cent'r/workshop but the first day problems still persist. Customer harassment. continues.
Its better to buy second hand car than TATA Motors/ cars. TATA MANZA oh my God ..what a Car to pull not to drive.
