Exteriors are Ok, Like it is eye turning machine, Manza with alloys looks wonderful and Gives a royal feeling, I listen my music from Phone by just connecting it with bluetooth, Me and family just loves its functions.

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Interiors are just wonderful, Leaving those cheap door handles.

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine is proved one so no need to explain the same, Fuel economy is wonderfull, Drive it at 100 Km/ hour  on a Highway and you will get 22Km litre, city somewhere land between 15-17  ludhiana standards, Initially Gear box was little hard but not it is working fine, The only drawback is the hArd stearing which could be improved, Service Interval is of 20000 Kms which is go good , but that service costs you around 7k to 8k.

 

Ride Quality & Handling Nice , You just love the car moves, TRY RACING WITH SOME HONDA or Tyota, It would not let you down, Pik up is amazing, just make sure that you use premium fuels only.

 

Final Words Buy it, Because tata has really worked hard on it, The car is worth every penny and gives you a royal feeling,  for me it is my best frnd now, as it is my mobile phone , my audio system, gives me immense space and power.

 

Areas of improvement Door plastice need lot of improvement though, My power windows buttons has been changed twice, Also the quality of plastic used in handles is third Grade.

Exterior The nice look and the shape always gives the better feeling.

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Features are the best in its category and the space inside gives you a comfortable drive.

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox The pick up is great and cruises fine above 80 kmps. It gives the average around 19-20 kmps.

 

Ride Quality & Handling While driving in the hills gave me a feeling of low power as it becomes difficult to drive in 3rd gear in slopes. You need to shift to 2nd gear immediately.

 

Final Words Dont look at the tata indigo tag. It is much more than a tata. The engine is proven so need not to worry about the technical aspects. If looking for a sedan in the range of 5 to 7 lakhs, it is the best option for you.

 

Areas of improvement Improvement in the plastic, the fuel lid and the quality of wipers used .

I purchased Tata Indigo Manza Quadrajet BS 4  from Gold Rush Sales and Service, Lucknow on 20th Dec 2010. I paid Extra Rs.5500 for Dew White colour and the Sales Exucutive offered body cover, seat cover, mats and central locking free. They also got me free streeing cover which was of very cheap quality and was torn in pieces the very next day and was thown in dustbin. Alloy wheel cost me extra Rs 22000 (For 5)and pracel self speaker Rs 3500.

I drove about 1000 KM in 2 days and got the first service done as I had to leave offshore on 25th Dec. The ride quality is very good, engine noise is negligible, good breaking, fuel ecomony, streeing control are above expectation. 2 Din music sytem is audiable with USB port which is help full to bypass CD disc.

The plastic quality used in not up to mark as compare to other companies, thoough I am satisfied. The care is good for long drive and gives a good fuel averaga whick is displayed on driver information system.

Exterior Great styling, the curves , the length can attract any one & everyone indeed, manza has a glamorous look & an american vehicle look from the back side, it has greadt dicky space, big lights, comfortable seats.

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Excellent, no words to describe at what price I have got what hats of to TATA MOTORS. DZIRE SEEMS TO HAVE LAGGED NOW SURELY.

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox NO DOUBT ON FIAT ENGINE.

 

Ride Quality & Handling IT DOESN'T RIDE BUT IT ACTUALLY FLOATS, I HAVE BOUGHT A CRUISE NOT A CAR, it exactly seems that I am on board on a ship, no words to describe how well it floats on the road, it is the best & really authentically a class aprt in its segment.

 

Final Words MY DREAM CAR is what i should say. it has all the features & performance that i wanted, styling is superb, space is immence, it is comfortable what else?

 

Areas of improvement ALL IS WEEL IT SEEMS, CAN ADD EVEN MORE FEATURES like when it rains the wiper senses the speed of rain & automatically adjusts it speed of clearing the windscreen etc.

Exterior Good, but reqd to be used with some good locking device which can hold pvc fitting strongly. priming pait should be of the same colour so the small scratches can be made unseen for the time beeing.

Final Words A below fair vehicle because fuel cosumption. If  drinks lot of fuel can not be rated even though fair.

 

Areas of improvement Make fuel economy if can do some thing with sold vehicle. Fit good locking devices for pvc item. Road clearance is less as the  front  is provided with a pvc shield  below engine cabinel which give clearance only 6-7 inches. For small ditches vehich touches the ground. the rear of the vehicle to be provided with a sheet of stell to avoid mud etc not touching the interior parts /body of the car. small parts like mirror if broken to be made easily available throught the workshop. what is happening if the rear view mirrow broken workshop say to purchase complete set of mirror.  sor for the glass of 200  one has to spend 1000. not understod.

Exterior The frount Portion of vehicle is very excellent little bit of rear side is need to be change in the shape like other sedan car. Nothing else. if possible rear light can be brought little in the  position instead of in very corner since light it in very end corner. 

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) No commends as per value and the cc we cannot expect more quality of interiors little bit can be changed in the quality of fixture rest are excellent.

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Little bit feels noice which is due to diesel engine, but fuel economy is excellent either in city or highways.

 

Ride Quality & Handling Feels very smooth ride the shock observe is excellent no feels jercks excellent technology provided with MANZA.

 

Final Words Proud to use such Indians car thanks to TATA.

 

Areas of improvement Little noice in engine and shape of  rear trunk (Dicky) is need to change & the rest or Ok nothing else.

 

No doubt for internal space either first or second row u have suffiecient boot place and heightengine gets off in traffic always move with first gears

 

Exterior It looks pretty decent if you keep it clean and shining.

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) The legroom is huge for both the front and rear seats. The seats are very comfortable. With air-conditioning switched on, you hardly feel any engine noise or outside noise; you just don't feel like coming out of it. The music system is also decent with bluetooth connectivity. You can pair your phone with the music system and make/receive calls using the steering mounted controls. There are lots of cubby holes to place your tid bits, books, pen etc. There are displays for outside temperature, current mileage, average mileage, kilometers remaining based on fuel consumption etc.

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Powerful and smooth engine. The engine is tuned to give a very smooth cruising experience at speeds in the range of 80-100kmph. At this speed range, I received a maximum fuel efficiency of 18.6kmpl (on express highway) which I think is quite impressive for a 1368cc petrol engine. In the city, it gives around 12kmpl easily. The gear shifting, power steering is OK. Brakes are hydraulic assisted and give precise control.

 

Ride Quality & Handling Ride qualilty is very comfortable and the car is in good control at higher speeds. It is agile enough for city driving and overtaking. The best ride quality comes at the speeds of 80-100kmph.

 

Final Words I am very satisfied with the value I get for the price paid. It is always a pleasure to drive this car and admire it.

 

Areas of improvement May be the front looks can be made more distinguishable from the other Tata cars. But I don't mind it at all.

Exterior Too good look except traditional TATA style nose.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Very Spacious from inside, especiall at the rear side.Drove at a stretch 300 kms, with 2 Adults and 2 kids 12 yrs old) comfortably placed at the rear seat.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine responds well above 2500-3000 RPM, once the TURBO gets engaged.Gear knob seems little hard/noisy while shifting from top to down (5-4-3-2).

Ride Quality & Handling The car remains very much under controll even at speed of 120-130.

Final Words VERY GOOD CAR IN ITS SEGMENT. VERY MUCH VALUE FOR MONEY CAR. Had compared Verna, SX-4, Ford Fiesta(all diesel). Found Manza uncomparable with its features provided.

Areas of improvement Addition of real AC console could have put this car much ahead of its competitive cars. Twisting of seat belts is a major problem. Insertion of keys is not smooth either in ignition or even at the locks located on the exteriors(Doors/Dickey). There is no space near the clutch to relax your feet.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Features at this price are nt available in any odr model or car, space is also jst amazin i m 6ft tall dn also a lot of head room d leg space available jst amzng space whch r comfortable.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine performanceis jst awsum pikup is almst comparable wid sx4 nd vernagearbox is also gud I gt an avg wid ac arnd 14 in city nd 17 in highway.

Ride Quality & Handling Ride quality is gud nd handling is also superb nt mch gud aftr 130.

Final Words Its jst amazing. wat to say at dis price range so mch features nd dis type of performance is nt available anywere. This is a miracle car. i wud say best in the segment. you will forget verna when you will drive it. it competes with verna. driving diesel manza, you cannot judge its a diesel car. tata has not left any con in this car. all are pros. average is 15+ local with ac and on highways its 17+ with ac.
