Final Words
My experience in dealing with TATA Motors and their dealer network has given me the inspiration to name and write this Article.
My journey began with TATA in the year 2010.
Buying a new car for the family and seeing all my imagined road trip come to life was truly a mesmerizing experience that cannot be expressed.
Its some thing that we all my go through when we buy our automobile for Maruti / Hundia / Tata/ Ford / General Motors and many other manufacturers inIndia.
I bought my car with the intention to drive it benefit from its features. I return I came to experience that before buying a TATA Car is should have done a diploma course in “Quality Management In Cars”. I hope one day Tata Motors introduces this course for all its prospective buyers which will help them to understand their quality better.
After a period of 3 ½ years and many correspondence with TATA Motors including their retired chairman Mr Ratan Tata I concluded that the problem was not in my car but with the management of the company and the policies that they make.
It’s my personal advice to all that if you have any quality issued with your TATA Car you must sell it rather them waiting for TATA Motors to help you out.
Remember they will only provide you with a life jacket to stay afloat in the ocean but they will never pull you out of it into safety.
In other words, they will fix your problems temporarily till the warranty wares out, after that your one your own.
Happy TATAring.
(Which mean’s come more to workshop for repairs rather them driving the car on road.)
