I had a brake fail situation of Hexa that’s only 33k km run. Brake oil leaked from the front left wheel and it was difficult to apply brake even at 5-10 kmph speed. Even hand brake didn’t support well.
Call center could not arrange mechanic for checking vehicle in middle of Delhi at 2:30pm when all such services are available easily from breakdown service companies. Nearby service center was only 2 km away and I was told that only towing can be done, no mechanic can be sent.
Call center took 1.5 hours holding me on call multiple times (5-7 minutes every time music), asking about useless details of my car. Escalating to the management was not feasible despite repeated attempts and keeping me on hold.
Despite, there’s no email address on Tata Motors site to register such complaints.
