1.Its been trill buying harrier 2. The ride is fabulous especially long drive, so comfortable and effortless drive 3. It steals the looks of surrounding commuters, Performance I am quite happy with the build quality, performance and comfort. Little engine noise in the cabin that could have been better. 4. Servicing is good but still there a large gap in customer service when compared to other big brands. Maintenance is normal as expected. 5. Tata should be more focused, customer satisfaction and customer hospitality, and better branding the product
