Regarding issues in the car ac problem silencer problem. and etc. please reading it and guide a way to get proper solution.
It took around 3 weeks to delivery car. I have considered only the safety feature while buying. Please check with the dealers they may to charge you for unwanted stuffs and additional add-on's and transportation charge. According to Indian norms these charges are NA.
Interior and exterior will be good.
Please read my experience before buying.
Riding. Its comfortable but its not that good you will experience the surrounding noise engine noise and silencer noise.
Engine bay will creep you out you can able see the ground lots of holes gaps and even the some damping balls you can able to see. No filter for wiper water tank.
Service center in Coimbatore are really worst and tafe is totally a crap.
Actually i' m facing 3 problems i was reported to the customer care for the 1st time and got a response like your problem will be attested. But still car is in services nearly for 20days.
I will tell you the problems now.
1. xz petrol Turn on the defogger button and Press the Ac vent changing button and keep on changing it at a point of time vent wont change it will get struck . like if you set it for front and leg ac on. It will turn on only the front AC.
2. silencer rattling noise. if you accelerate a bit you could able to evident this sound. my car produced my higher noise when compared with the same variant.
3. Harman infotainment touch response will be lagging while to connect with android car play. map will not update properly.
its a 4 month old car only driven 2000kms. create these many problem.
since not received any response from tafe service station and from OEM . dropped another email to OEM but no response.
i would like to file a complaint. tata sells literally defected products no quality checks no assurance. nothing really frustrated with Tata.
