TATA IS FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES NOT FOR CUSTOMERS

I buy this car because of the Brand name & safety. But my experience gave clarity about tata company. This is totally an employee welfare institution not customer friendly. Even government employees be more responsible than tata team. I faced worst experience from enquiry to delivery at VENKATA RAMANA MOTORS, HYDERABAD. Even after delivery they are not providing proper documents(form 22) for registration. Their customer op service call centre is also dum and deaf. The only satisfactory thing is their product. If u decide to buy tata car be cautious and about vehicle documents.
