Best Car for small family very much comfortable for long journeys. Loved it. Driving on highways it has unique smoothness and while at night the lamps are the best. my children enjoy the most.

1. Very good with TATA team 2. A bit lag with the engine while riding in eco mode and very good while driving in city mode. 3. Decent looks and very good music system . 4. Well dealt staff while providing services, less cost of service and maintenance.

I have already submitted my review during my 500km drive in which the mileage have been a concern. Now completed 1300km drive and the mileage during long drive has touched 19km and in high traffic it is 10 to 12km which has been improved from 8.0km. The car is good for long drive and one concern is the ground clearance during bad road conditions. second service is completed and the service by TATA is OK.

Pros: Driving is smooth and comfortable. Cons: The mileage in DCT after riding 500 kilometres in moderated traffic is 10 km/litre which is very bad and maybe after the first service should look in. In the initial period, it is only 8km/litre. I should spend around 10000 rupees per month, instead of this EV would be a better option.

Buying experience and service is one of worst.Can't expect more than this from Tata.Driving experience is good, looks awesome and design. Mileage is a concern giving only 13kmpl in city.No words about service.One of the worst and staff behaviour is also careless they are Just feeling like government employees.

Buying experience is not good. Smooth driving unique design and looks, performance is also good. Mileage is 12km/l in city as it is new car and may improve after first service expecting around 18km/l

Dont get cheated by tag Desi Loha and 5 star safety. You will regret your decision later. My dream went in vain for purchasing altroz. Feeling like my hard earned money wasted. Here are my bad experiences. 1. Engine refinement is bad and driving on 5th gear feels like im driving a lorry. Meant to say insulation is ultra bad. 2. Panel gaps and rusting most of the areas. 3. Service center cost and spare parts are costly. 4. Practical mileage is bad both on city and highway despite driving at lower rpms. 5. Rear seat thigh support is bad and not even comfortable for family and kids. 6. Service center is horrible in Hyderabad. Even i trolled Maruti at first. Later realised, only maruti knows indians pulse and practicality to design a good vehicle for indians. Brake pads costing 3000 for Brezza where as it costs 4500 for altroz in Tata despite designed in India. With this costs, I can confidently say, Tata can never surpass Maruti. Recently took a look at New swift in Maruti showroom. Felt more practical and exterior tough build compared to previous version. Only lacking is cheap plastic in interiors in Swift where lot better quality of plastic is used in Tata vehicles. Again saying.. Dont get cheated by 5-star safety and Desi Loha. If you need peaceful life and wanted to have less maintenance vehicle, go for Maruti. Tata should definitely think in terms of practicality. This is not a paid review.
